Work on the steep hill to the south (right, when coming from Chestnut Hill Road) was done on September 3rd and September 10th, 2025.  The work involved jack hammering protruding rocks, grading the road surface to drain toward the ditch, applying millings, rolling the millings, and then applying and rolling hot asphalt.  Approximately 360 feet were covered with asphalt.  Three loads of millings were applied, plus four 17 ton loads of hot asphalt.  

Additional work was also done by adding one load of millings to Oak Lane just before Red Maple Lane, and the steep hill to the north (left when coming from Chestnut Hill Road).  This included spreading the millings  and rolling them.  There was no additional charge for this work, other than for the millings.

Total cost, materials, equipment, labor and 6% tax =$14,410.
